Terms of sale

Who you buy from, what an order includes, what you may do with a file, and when we refund. Written for business buyers.

Who you are buying from

ListVista, 158 avenue Léon Blum, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France. Email hello@listvista.com · Phone +33 7 74 13 78 30.

These terms govern every order placed on https://listvista.com. Placing an order accepts them. The version that applies is the one published on the day of your order. This version is dated 15 August 2026.

Business buyers only

We sell to businesses and to people acting for business purposes. By ordering, you confirm that you are one of them. A consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to a business purchase.

What an order includes

One dataset, as it stood on the scan date printed on its page, in every format we publish: CSV, Excel, JSON, GeoJSON, KML. A purchase also includes the next scan of the same dataset, at no extra cost.

Files are ready immediately after payment, from a private link sent to the email address given at checkout. Nothing is posted, and there is nothing to install.

Price and payment

The price of a list is its record count multiplied by the rate of its band, and no list costs more than the ceiling published on the pricing page. The exact record count and the exact price are shown before payment.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may be due; where tax applies it is added at checkout, before payment. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card number never reaches our servers.

What you may do with a file

A purchased file is licensed to your company, for your company, with no time limit. Load it into your CRM, your tools and your campaigns, and share it inside your company freely.

You may not resell it, publish it, give it away, or make it part of a product, a directory or a dataset offered to anyone else. You may not use it to build a service that competes with this one. The licence ends if you do.

Your use of the contacts

You decide how you contact the businesses in a file, so that use is yours in law, not ours. You must have a lawful basis for it, identify yourself in every message, and honour an opt-out at the first request.

The rules differ by country: the GDPR and the ePrivacy rules in Europe, CAN-SPAM in the United States, and local rules elsewhere. We cannot advise on your campaigns, and we are not responsible for how a file is used once it is delivered.

What we promise about the data

Every file carries the day its data was collected. Business details change daily, so we state what we found on that day and warrant nothing for any later date.

A field we did not find is left empty. We never fill a gap with a guess, and the coverage figures printed on a page are the real ones for that scan.

Refunds

If a file does not match the record count or the coverage published on its page, write to hello@listvista.com within 14 days of the order. We refund it in full, and you keep nothing you have to argue for.

Because a file is delivered at once, an order cannot be cancelled after the download link has been used. That is the only limit: a file that is wrong is always refunded.

Service and liability

We keep the site and the download links available, but we do not promise that either is free of interruption. A download link that has expired is replaced on request.

Whatever the cause, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Removals act on later scans

A business may ask to be removed from our index. The removal takes effect at the next scan, so a later file may hold fewer records than the one you bought. A file already delivered stays yours, under this licence.

Law and courts

French law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of Clermont-Ferrand, France.
