Both are covered here. ## Who is responsible ListVista, 158 avenue Léon Blum, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France, decides why and how the data described below is used. This policy is dated 15 August 2026. ## This site sets no tracking cookies No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no consent banner — because there is nothing to consent to. One cookie exists: the session of the private admin area. Only a member of staff who logs in ever receives it. A reader of this site is never given a cookie at all. ## What the server records Our web server keeps ordinary access logs: IP address, time, page requested and browser. They keep the service running and secure, and nothing else. They are deleted after six months. ## What an order stores An order keeps the email address you give, the dataset bought, the record count, the price and the payment reference returned by Stripe. Your card number is never sent to us and never stored by us. A download is recorded with its time and the IP address that fetched the file, so that a leaked link can be spotted. Download records are deleted after twelve months. Order records are kept for ten years, because accounting law requires it. ## Who else sees it Stripe processes payments and receives what a payment needs. Our hosting provider and our email provider process what passes through them, under contract, for nothing else. Nothing is ever sold, rented or shared for advertising. Where a provider lies outside the European Union, the transfer runs on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. ## The businesses in the index Our index holds what businesses publish about themselves: trading name, trading address, company phone number, company email address, website and social links. Most of that is company information, but a sole trader’s number or a named person’s work address can still be personal data, so this section explains that case. Where it comes from: publicly accessible business listing pages and directories. We buy no contact lists, and we collect nothing a business has not published itself. Why we may hold it: our legitimate interest in publishing a market count and in supplying business contact data to other businesses. We hold no special categories of data, and nothing about consumers. A public page never prints an unmasked phone number or email address. Full details exist only inside a file that a buyer has paid for. ## Your rights Anyone in the index, and anyone in our order records, may ask for a copy of their data, a correction, an erasure, or may object to our use of it. Write to hello@listvista.com. We answer within one month. A removal is applied at the next scan, and the entry is held on a suppression list so that the same details do not return at a later one. Files already sold cannot be recalled, which is why a removal acts forwards, not backwards. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr. ## Changes When this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
